The Government and Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in United Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has introduced the new law for Umrah season 2025 – 2026 is that Hotel and transportation pre-booking is must require at the time of apply Umrah visa. Travelers planning Umrah From Dubai should also follow the same new process for bookings and visa applications.

The main aim and purpose of this new law to ensure better crowd management, and provide a smooth and organized travel experience for visitors to the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah.

Purpose of the New Rule

The New system are design to manage the accommodation shortages and travel confusion during the peak seasons like Ramadan and Rabi –ul-Awal. The pre-confirmation of hotels and transportation will help the authorities manage the level of pilgrims entering the country and at a given time, giving them comfort and safety.

How It Works

Under this new requirement, every applicant must:
